FRAMEWORKS WE USE
The trust building and eroding part of an experience and data sharing are inherently linked. Our expertise is built on years of studying this relationship. We’re living and breathing it.
Any experience is built with the aim to provoke a specific behaviour, like engagement. We use the BJ Fogg behaviour model and behavioural insights to inform our work.
Good design has the customer at heart. Great design connects with the human behind the customer. Focusing on the human being helps us solve real problems – the foundation for designing experiences that move.
Most legal agreements and disclosures are designed to deceive. A combination of behavioural insights, legal design and collaborative legal practices will help create disclosures that are compelling and comprehensive.
